Refund policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from “The Brighton Group Ltd” trading as "MÜHLE UK", you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund within 21 days from date of purchase.

Items are to be returned at the customer's expense unless an item is faulty – in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

The item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We insist that items are returned to us by a recognised (Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL), insured and signed for method in order to avoid loss of the item(s) during return. We cannot refund a returned item(s) that has not been received.

Refunds can only be requested by the purchaser and will be made within 14 days of MÜHLE UK receiving the returned item(s).

Please contact us before returning your item(s) and we will confirm the return delivery address. Please ensure you return your item(s) to us within 21 days from date of purchase. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at our own discretion. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer returns on used razors, brushes or blades, unless the item is faulty. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are also not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
